I am a Chartered and Indentured Mechanical Engineer who trained in the mining industry (NCB) followed by 30 years senior engineering and production management roles with some excellent food manufacturers (Kraft, {formerly General Foods}, Northern Foods, Hillsdown Holdings and Associated Dairies - MD Foods) including their supply chain. Interests are all aspects of engineering and production including packaging, safety, energy, environmental and waste management.
